Are you the same as IKEA store?
No, we are not the same as IKEA store. We believe good designs does not have to be expensive, quality designed furniture does not have to come with a big tag. Living Concepts includes IKEA range as well as other products that we think fits in our concepts.
Do you take custom order for other IKEA products?
Yes we do. All our IKEA range are sourced directly from IKEA Australia with no minimum order value. This means the bed you ordered will fit in New Zealand mattresses and the lights you purchased can be plugged directly into the socket on the wall. We can order anything in for you as long as they are in stock in Australia (Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney).
How much do you charge for delivery within Auckland?
We usually charge $20 per item or maximum of $25-40 per delivery depends on the distance. This covers Auckland metro and suburbs from Shelly Park/Flat Bush in the east to Massey in the west, Silverdale in the north to Drury in the south.
Can you ship items to other cities?
Yes we can. All products can be shipped nationwide, including Waiheke Island and Great Barrier Island. Items under 24kg will be shipped with courier; items over 24kg will be shipped through freight company. Please contact us directly with your address so we can provide an accurate quote for the freight cost. All packages will be wrapped with double layers of bubble wrap for protection during shipping.
Do you offer any warranty?
All items will have a 3 month warranty offered by Living Concepts.
What is your return policy?
All merchandise is inspected prior to sending. Please inspect each package when it arrives and contact us within 5 days of delivery if the item arrives damaged.
Can I return an item after purchase?
We can provide refund to purchase made within 3 days only if the package has never been opened. Please note we do not accept any returns if the package has been opened or the item has been bolted or assembled. We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about your purchase, so please choose carefully. However, if you have any concerns with regards to your purchase, please contact us to discuss your concerns. If goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. Customers should contact us with regards to any faulty products in the first instance.
